We can make augers or scrolls with diameters up to 54". We can manufacture flights with diameters up to 54" as well.
We can weld, fabricate, machine & assemble these products with such materials as AR400, A36, A572, A514 & any other wear resistant materials possible.
We can add wear resistant & abrasive hard-facing weld filler metal, wear resistant & abrasive ceramic coatings, wear resistant & abrasive ceramic tile, heat-treating, plating, and any other wear resistant & abrasive materials required for your job.
We can take old, worn out Scrolls, Flights & Augurs and repair them to a better state than they were in when they were new!!
We've added ceramic bead compound, carbide tiles and ceramic tiles to this scroll which increased it's usable life by 200%!!!!!
When we're done upgrading your rotor, we balance your scroll and/or auger so that it spins true and doesn't damage your equipment!!!
We manufacture screw piles / earth anchors to your specifications. American Made!!!
We put rust inhibiting paint on the piles, can be made out of an extra hard materials and heat treated for extra protection.
