Birtley will disassemble your Centrifuge/Decanter and inspect for wear on critical components. We will replace those worn out, inefficient or inoperable components with fresh, upgraded components and materials.

Birtley notes areas of excessive wear and will repair or replace as needed to compensate for the wear in that area.

Birtley also rebuilds centrifuge frames including replacing the motors, heat exchangers, hydraulic lines and fittings, pumps, fluid couplings, gearboxes (we offer a rebuild service for all makes of gearboxes), flow meters, covers, spray bars or cleaners, lids, and belts. We also make welding repairs to any damaged components like ruptured tanks or ripped lids. We will make your centrifuge and scroll look like and function like new again.
